Artist Beryl Cook
- Beryl Cook, OBE (10 September 1926 – 28 May 2008) was an English artist best known for comical paintings of people. She had no formal training and did not take up painting until middle age.

The Curatorial Intensive Seminars
The Curatorial Intensive is a short-term, low-cost program that took place this June in New York for emerging curators. From an open competition, 17 individuals were selected to come to New York and work with some of today’s leading curators and artists. Through a rigorous schedule of workshops, discussions and critiques, as well as site visits to local institutions and artist’s studios, each participant was led through the process of developing an idea for an exhibition into a full exhibition proposal.
Dolphin Hotel - Plymouth
The Dolphin pub on the Barbican at Plymouth dates from the late 18th century and has been featured in several paintings by the renowned artist, Beryl Cook.
